About

Hi, I'm Frank.

I spent 14 years in film, television and technology — in Beijing, at NHNZ, New Zealand's renowned natural history production company, and at a New Zealand TV channel. Since 2020 I've co-run WE DANCE School on Auckland's North Shore.

Like most small business owners, I was drowning in admin — spreadsheets, group chats, chasing fees. So I used AI to build our own system, WeDance Pro, and it now runs the school day to day. I understand both the technology and the day-to-day reality of running a business.

I'm not a consultant selling theory. I'll show you what worked for us, and help you make it work for you.
